Terms and privacy

frog api is a beta service run by Municipal Robotics. It's provided as is, without uptime guarantees, during posted hours. Credit is prepaid and used per token at the rates shown when you buy it; unused beta credit isn't refundable.

Your data. We never store prompt or completion text. We keep, per request, only counts (tokens in and out, cached tokens), timings, and the key that made it, to bill you and run the service. To make follow-up requests fast, the model's internal cache of a conversation is kept in GPU and disk memory for at most one hour after its last use, then deleted. Nothing is used to train models unless you opt in separately.

Don't use the service for anything unlawful or to attack it or others. We may revoke keys that do. Questions: the person who sent your invite.
